Appearances may be deceiving but we are mainly a relaxation area and playground for adults. Our concept focuses primarily on more experienced witches and wizards, which is why we recommend visiting with children who are at least 6 years old (ideally 10 years old), so that they may fully enjoy themselves and understand what our café is about. The premises are equipped with expensive toys and decorations, mostly for children over 14. All witches and wizards, regardless of age, have to follow our rules: no screaming, no running around (not even flying around on broomsticks), no damaging of the property, no disturbing other guests.

If you are bringing your own wand, you need to show it to our Wizwaiter (member of staff) upon entering. Thank you for understanding. 

We love dogs but after previous negative experience when dogs were welcome in our café, we have decided to revoke the "dog-friendly" label. So dogs are not welcome in our café any more. Thank you for understanding.

You may indeed, everybody is welcome! 💙 Of course, we do recommend to make a reservation well in advance—that is, at least a month before your planned visit. If you do not have it, please do not be unpleasant to our staff, it is not our fault… On Fridays and Saturdays, there is typically a waiting time for a table which differs based on how busy we are. For two persons, we are able to find seats in 15 minutes in average; for more persons, it may take 20–40 minutes. We, however, do our best to seat you even without a reservation.

You cannot and we do not respond to these messages. Reservations for up to 4 persons are accepted only by phone, for more persons only by email with a refundable deposit of CZK 500. Thank you for understanding.

We host special celebrations very rarely. If you, however, insist on eating your own cake, you are required to pay "cakeage", which is calculated based on the size and purchase price of your cake.

Our café is not adapted to prams so for the duration of your visit, you have to either fold it or leave it outside. Our concept focuses primarily on more experienced witches and wizards, who are at least 6 years old (ideally 10 years old). Most of the toys, which complement the magical atmosphere, are for children over 14. In addition, we would like to inform you that we have neither a changing table nor baby chairs, and changing diapers is strictly forbidden on the café premises. Thank you for understanding.

Although we prefer cash, we do accept cards. We do not accept euros and food vouchers. 💸

Yes! You can buy our vouchers physically or online, from the comforts of your home! You will find all the information in the "Voucher" section. Our gift certificate is valid for 6 months and only in the value of CZK 500. We do not refund or prolong the vouchers. 🎁

Yes, we have thought of vegans too. We try to have Apple Pie on daily basis and sometimes we even have vegan brownies by our confectioner. We make efforts to expand our offer and it is different every day. You can enjoy our coffee with alternative milk: soya, oat or (for lactose-intolerant) lactose-free. 🌱

You can enjoy our coffee with alternative milk: soya, oat or lactose-free. Unfortunately, we do not have lactose-free desserts just yet. What we do have, however, is a selection of gluten-free macaroons of different flavours, and sometimes even pavlova cake or Red Velvet. We make efforts to expand our offer and it is different every day. ✨

 Yes, we have a wide variety of licensed confectionery from the magical world, along with plenty of other products, such as keychains, wands, cups or notebooks. 🦄 

We have a wide selection of signature alcoholic elixirs available from the age of 18. Drink responsibly, enjoy tasting and explore new tastes with extraordinary effects. ⚗️

Yes! In the non-alcoholic "Potions" category, there are even three. As for the alcoholic beverages, that is "Elixirs", we are known to enjoy gin. That is why you will concoct each elixir containing Garage 22 gin yourselves; and their difficulty level varies. Cheers! ⚗️

There is only a 7cm step at the entrance but otherwise there are no raised obstacles in the café.

Just like any magical and non-magical school, our café also has a set of rules. Each of our valued guests should know and respect it. There is no running, screaming or disturbing of other guests in the café. The magical toys may only be borrowed with the permission of a Wizwaiter (member of staff). Also, please be careful with the borrowed toys—when behaving inappropriately, the toy may be taken from you. We have a "do-borrow-me-but-do-not-break-me" policy, and if you break something, you bear the responsible for it. Changing diapers of little witches and wizards is strictly forbidden on the café premises due to ethical reasons. Thank you for understanding. 💙
