You are welcome to arrive even without a reservation as we try to keep a few free tables for which you may have to wait in average 0–15 minutes (on working days) and 0–35 minutes (at the weekends); depending how busy we are. ✨

Detailed Reservation Information ✅
We accept a limited number of reservations for a day but you are welcome to visit even without a reservation. We try to keep a couple of free tables every day for people who come without a reservation. When it is not so busy, we will seat you immediately, otherwise you may have to wait a little. Depending on how busy we are, the waiting time is 5–30 minutes in average. If you are coming in a larger group (more than 4 persons), the waiting time may be longer.
Reservations for 5–6 people are dealt with individually via email with CZK 500 as a refundable deposit. Please, do not request these reservations via phone or Instagram but only email: info@cukrcafe.cz. You will then receive a QR code or account details for the payment of the deposit, followed by a confirmation of your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from your bill at the café.
We apologise but we do not accept reservations via Instagram, nor do we respond to them.
The table will be kept for you for 15 minutes of the time of the reservation. ⏳
In case you decide not to come, will you please call us? If your broomstick or owl is late, please call us, otherwise we will cancel your reservation.
❗️IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE THE VISIT ❗️
Our concept focuses primarily on more experienced witches and wizards 🪄, which is why we recommend visiting with children who are at least 6 years old (ideally 10 years old), so that they may fully enjoy themselves and understand what our café is about. The premises are equipped with expensive toys and decorations, mostly for children over 14.🔮 All witches and wizards, regardless of age, have to follow our rules: no screaming, no running around (not even flying around on broomsticks), no damaging of the property, no disturbing other guests. 👀
We would also like to inform you that our café is not adapted to prams; and these cannot be comfortably parked on our premises. Therefore, it may unfortunately happen that you would not be seated. We have neither a changing table nor baby chairs, and changing diapers is strictly forbidden on the café premises. 💩 So if you are planning a visit with a little witch or wizard, we highly recommend a baby carrier. Moreover, after a certain incident, we are not dog-friendly. 🐶 Do not be mistaken, we love dogs but they just do not belong to our café.

🔮 Special Events and More People 🔮
We accept reservations for 9 and more persons only when you reserve the whole café. This is dealt with via email: info@cukrcafe.cz where we can arrange details. There are 28 seats in our café and the price starts at CZK 5,500 per hour.
Unfortunately, we do not organise special celebrations any more. It may, however, change in the future. If you are interested in a cake by our elvish confectioners, ask us through email info@cukrcafe.cz.
